Improving the way you manage your OCCU credit card

OCCU credit card holders: We’ve heard you. With the feedback you provided through our Member Enrichment Program, we’re working to improve your experience. We’re planning several updates and upgrades over the next few months, and we’re happy to share that the first round of updates has arrived!  

Enhanced features and design

An improved design makes managing your OCCU credit card easy. Are you ready to start exploring?  Log in and manage your card to see this improved experience firsthand.  

Here’s what you have to look forward to: 

  • An improved, mobile-friendly design. 

  • An enhanced feature display. 

  • An improved help center messaging system. 

  • The ability to easily schedule one-time or recurring payments. 

  • Card alerts that can be sent to you via email or text. 

Additional enhancements that will be coming soon include:  

  • The ability to easily add authorized users (and individual card-spending limits!) to your account. 

  • A new View Profile page to make managing your info and preferences simple. 

What to expect 

If you already have an account to manage your OCCU credit card, here are a few things to keep in mind before you log in.  

  • The location of your online account has not changed. You can quickly log in to manage your card here.  

  • When you log in, you’ll need to authenticate your account via the email address that we have on file.   

  • There is only one login per credit card account; joint accounts no longer have individual profiles. Log in using the last username and password used to manage your credit card account.   

New to managing your credit card online? We’re here to help guide you. Here are a few things you should know before you create your account.  

  • You can register your account here.  

  • To complete your registration, you’ll be required to fill out some required information about yourself and your card.  

  • A passcode will be sent to the email we have on file for you to activate your account.  

  • Once you sign in, you can explore the site and manage your card on the go!  

Business cardholders will have a similar experience when they access an existing account on the improved card management site. If you have a business credit card and do not have an existing profile to manage your card, connect with our Business Services team to get your account registered.
