We’re always working to incorporate new technologies into our digital banking services and are happy to announce that on Tuesday, May 30, 2017, we released a big update to the MyOCCU Mobile Banking App.  

The first thing you’ll notice is that we’ve refreshed the look and feel of the MyOCCU Mobile Banking App.  If you’re an iOS user you can enroll your device in Touch ID to login using your fingerprint. What you won’t notice is the work we’ve done to address some minor bugs and increase the stability of the app.

Enabling Touch ID on your device is easy as one, two, three.

  1. Login and select Member Services
  2. Select User Profile
  3. Select Touch ID

Get started with Touch ID using our click by click tutorial

Once you’ve enrolled your device in Touch ID you’ll have the option of scanning a fingerprint to login to the MyOCCU Mobile App.
