At OCCU, we’ve grown a lot. Our membership has blossomed, and we’ve been expanding to make room. With new branch coming in Junction City, the rollout of our video teller service, plus an enhanced menu of products and member services, we’ve been through some exciting changes together — and we’re still picking up momentum! 

Wherever our growth takes us next, our priority is always to keep you informed and help you stay connected with us. We’re your financial partner, and that means we’re always here for you. Stop by your local neighborhood branch 

So much of our relationship with you happens online these days. We get it — life is busy! But seeing your face in one of our neighborhood branches always brightens our day.  

Whenever you’re curious about a money matter or could use a little financial guidance, you can always stop by for an in-person chat. With our digital signage in each branch, it’s a great way to find out about our latest product promotions, updates, where you’ll find us in the community and new services. Or, if you want a personal touch but prefer to connect virtually, you can use our new video teller service to chat with our team during your visit.*

Reach us digitally through MyOCCU Online & Mobile 

When you log into your MyOCCU Online & Mobile account, you gain more than just access to your money. You also have a secure line of communication with us. If you have a question or need guidance with one of your accounts, you can send our team a secure message right from the app. You’ll also find notifications in the app about upcoming holidays, new products and important member updates.

Want to get more behind the scenes looks or the latest on financial wellness? Follow @MyOCCU on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. We often share money tips, member stories and the credit union difference in action. 

Just remember: social media is an insecure channel, so please do not share any personal financial details or OCCU account information with us. If you need to discuss account specifics with us, you can call us, send a secure message through MyOCCU Online & Mobile or visit us in branch. 

Keep up with our monthly member newsletter  

As an OCCU member, you always get the latest news from us delivered straight to your email inbox on the last week of each month. Our member newsletter is a great way to keep up on new member benefits, what’s happening in your community and the latest news at OCCU. 

Not getting your member newsletter? Check your email filters and add us as a trusted contact. Make sure you keep your email updated with our team, so you never miss out on important information.  

Keep an eye out for direct mail from us 

Most of our outreach is digital these days, but we do still send important letters via USPS from time to time — things like new member welcome packets, paper statements, important notices, and new credit or debit cards. Make trips to your mailbox a habit to look out for mail from the OCCU team.

Join us out in the community 

We’re deeply invested in the communities we serve, and giving back is important to us. That’s why you can often find us partnering with nonprofits, organizations, and local chambers of commerce in Eugene, Springfield, Keizer, Salem, Wilsonville and more. Over the past five years, our team volunteered over 10,000 hours and partnered with dozens of nonprofits and schools to make a difference in our communities. The OCCU Foundation has also donated more than $2 million in charitable gifts that support education, health and overall wellbeing of the communities we serve. We’re thrilled when our members join us to learn more or lend a hand – it’s the credit union difference in action of people helping people.
