It is important for us to connect with our members because you are the framework of our culture here at OCCU. Adding your voice influences training, hiring, products, services and growth, and we want you to know that we are here to listen. That is why, starting in early June OCCU will launch our new Member Enrichment Program, inviting you to participate in surveys sent from our trusted partner Medallia and signed by myself, Brian Alfano, Chief Operations Officer and fellow member. 

We want to learn more about your experiences with us. Did we make doing business with us easy? Are the benefits of your new OCCU product better than expected? Is the experience of being a member at OCCU enriching your life and financial goals? The Member Enrichment Program provides a focused channel outside of in-branch, email, phone and social media for us to hear from you and answer these questions so that we can continue to provide you with more than you expect and everything you deserve.

All feedback we receive is taken to heart and this program is designed to show the results as we make changes when and where we can. We are passionate about improving service and your participation in these surveys provides us a valuable tool to accomplish this.
