Updates in the works

As we work through the transition to the new MyOCCU Online & Mobile, please check this page if you come across any issues or things that just don’t feel right. We may already be aware of it and have a fix in the works or at the very least, we’d have a workaround for you to try. We will also be updating you through this channel on any upcoming releases, updates or bug fixes.


Known issues:

Bill pay editing
When editing scheduled bill payments, you may receive an unwarranted error message. To resolve, delete the scheduled payment and create a new one.

Contact information
Some contact fields such as work phone number or mailing address are not working correctly. 


Fixes and future releases:

Check here for information on future releases and the latest fixes or updates. 

  • FIXED (Mobile): Mobile deposit should be working as intended.
  • NEW (Android): Android devices that are not biometric-capable will be presented with the option to create a PIN.
