Updates in the works

As we work through the transition to the new MyOCCU Online & Mobile, please check this page if you come across any issues or things that just don’t feel right. We may already be aware of it and have a fix in the works or at the very least, we’d have a workaround for you to try. We will also be updating you through this channel on any upcoming releases, updates or bug fixes.

 

Known issues:

Mobile Deposit (iOS)
Some iOS devices are unable to access mobile check deposit.

Unable to access app (Android)
Some Android devices are experiencing difficulties accessing the mobile app. 

Stop payment (Desktop)
The stop payment feature within Check Services is not working on desktop devices. In order to cancel a check, please log in through a mobile device or send a secure message for assistance. 

Contact information
The work phone contact field is not working as intended. 

Bill pay editing
When editing scheduled bill payments, you may receive an unwarranted error message. To resolve, delete the scheduled payment and create a new one. 

Savings goals
Users are currently unable to create a new savings goal. 

 

Fixes and future releases:

Check here for information on future releases and the latest fixes or updates. 

  • FIXED: The mailing address contact field is now functioning as intended.
  • NEW: Debit card alerts can be configured in Settings to alert users of debit card transactions.
